Remotely is a remote staffing services company registered in England and Wales. We provide vetted remote workers to UK businesses, covering admin support, sales support, and flexible adhoc staffing.

2. Data We Collect

From the consultation form

When you submit a consultation request on our website, we collect: your first and last name, work email address, phone number (optional), company name, job role, service interest, description of your support needs, and how you heard about us.

As a client

Once you become a client, we may also collect: billing and payment details, records of communications between you and Remotely, access credentials for tools or systems you grant us permission to use on your behalf, and details of tasks assigned to your remote worker.

From website visits

We may collect technical data when you visit our website, including: your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, referring URLs, and cookie data (with your consent). See our Cookie Policy for full details.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to consultation requests and match you with an appropriate remote worker
  • To deliver the agreed services under our contract with you
  • To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and any changes
